Couldn't be improved.
Doctors, nurses and carers are great.
I likened to a 5 star hotel - no complaints whatsoever.

Mainly focused on medication.
No care plan - should have something in writing.
Lots of other things have come as a result of the visit - very helpful.
Get district nurses re-involved.
